This apartment is a very light and welcoming atmosphere, a newly renovated large kitchen including a balcony. Good storage in the hallway newly renovated as well. The location of the apartment is in the city center, with all the communications available within 2 min walk. In the rent, the expenses included are, heat, water, internet and TV. I am renting out my apartment due to working abroad as an expat. In the house there is a very nice sauna with relaxation for everyone to use. Meeting room is available for rent for about SEK 100 / day. Two laundry rooms, one of which is newly renovated. Bicycle storage. Hobby room for own activities.
