Hi community ✨ Skogslunda in Luleå, Sweden is renting out one furnished room for short-term living from the end of March until the end of August 2026. If you are a social and open minded person and enjoy sharing daily life with others, like nature and animals, and feel curious about collective living on a farm, this might be a beautiful match for you. Maybe you are: • a nomadic traveler staying in Luleå for a while • someone moving up north and needing a place while settling in • coming here for short term • or simply a person longing for a slower, more connected way of living. 🌲About us & the place We are a small collective just 6km outside of Luleå. Last summer, three women moved onto this beautiful farm to begin building a shared life together. After renting out one room via Airbnb for a while, we found another good match and since that we are four women. We live closely as a community, supporting one another, sharing responsibilities, ideas, work, and resources - with the intention of making daily life easier and more sustainable, more diverse, more social, while also respecting each person’s need for privacy and personal space. We are an international collective with roots in Sweden, Norway, Austria, and Finland/Estonia, bringing different languages, perspectives and backgrounds into our shared daily life. Now we live with a dog and horses on the land, owned by someone who does not live here. One member of our collective will be away for part of her studies, which is why we are renting out a room. 🏡 The room & shared spaces • Fully furnished room, 12 sqm (bed, wardrobe, shelves) • Shared access to: • a ~200 sqm house • fully equipped kitchen • community living area • garden with lots of space for ideas and growing • indoor & outdoor fireplace • sauna • river, forest, and plenty of nature right outside Public transport is just around the corner, cycling to town works very well, and parking is available. 🌱 Living here This is a farm and a shared household. We share everyday tasks in and around the house - there is always something to do. We are looking for someone who wants this way of living, not just a room.
